Job Description:
Temporary job (up to 1 year)
Support and monitoring of SCM solutions
Performs the functions of the Administrator of the personnel management and accommodation transformation system (a universal management system for all logistics processes for the services of accommodation and hotel management, visas, aviation and ground transportation, aimed at improving the quality of solutions to optimize logistics). Participates in system testing, updates and readiness assessment. Answers questions and requests from users.
Performs the functions of the Administrator of the spare parts management system. Participates in system testing, updates, and readiness assessment. Answers questions and requests from users.
Performs the function of the Administrator of the SMART by GEP / Dawinci / eCRF / READ/ SEOI systems. Supports the process of assigning registration numbers (IDs), configuring, reactivating or deactivating access IDs for all users (internal and external), including user profile reviews according to SOX procedures (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
Participates in the implementation of the new SMART by GEP platform (replacing the existing SMART by GEP platform) as a technical support group for this system.
Monitors and corrects requests for materials and electronic invoices (PR/C WTs) sent to the System Administrator
Supports the SMART by GEP web page and the general information process (internal and external users).
Helps Business Partners in registering in the SMART by GEP system network and mastering tools for building the Deem catalog.
Helps Business Partners when changing internal business procedures.
Maintains and updates training materials.
Trains new internal and external users.
Provides telephone support to Business Partners and internal end users.
Tests new upgrades and implements them for users (internal and external).
Maintains, analyzes and provides daily reports on monitoring the use of the catalog in requests for the purchase of materials and invoices.
Performs work tasks assigned by a Solution Support Supervisor or a Business Manager of the OMTO

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Power Apps, Power BI / Power Apps, SMART by GEP, iLogistics
• Language skills – Kazakh, Russian, English – profficient knowledge of written and oral Business English
• Work experience min 1 year and more in IT, Contracts, Procurement
