Major Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s SharePoint intranet platform, ensuring optimal
performance, accessibility, and user experience. - Implement and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) within
SharePoint to streamline document storage, retrieval, and version control. - Design, develop, and implement SharePoint workflows to automate business processes
and improve efficiency. - Build and deploy Power Apps to create custom applications for various business needs.
- Automate tasks and workflows using Power Automate to enhance productivity and
reduce manual effort. - Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring alignment with the organization’s
branding and content strategy. - Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain system
uptime and user satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements,
document, and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide first and second level application support for assigned applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain and update application documentation and knowledge base.
Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to team members regarding SharePoint, Power Platform, and
WordPress, mySQL, php and relevant technologies. - Lead the evaluation and implementation of new SharePoint and Power Platform features
and functionalities. - Identify opportunities for process improvement using SharePoint and Power Platform
tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in SharePoint administration, including site design, configuration, and
management. - Strong understanding of EDMS principles and implementation.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow.
Experience in WordPress website development and maintenance. - Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
- Expertise in SharePoint workflows, including custom workflow development.
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power
Platform technologies. - Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
