Major Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s SharePoint intranet platform, ensuring optimal
    performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Implement and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) within
    SharePoint to streamline document storage, retrieval, and version control.
  • Design, develop, and implement SharePoint workflows to automate business processes
    and improve efficiency.
  • Build and deploy Power Apps to create custom applications for various business needs.
  • Automate tasks and workflows using Power Automate to enhance productivity and
    reduce manual effort.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring alignment with the organization’s
    branding and content strategy.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain system
    uptime and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements,
    document, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide first and second level application support for assigned applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain and update application documentation and knowledge base.

Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance to team members regarding SharePoint, Power Platform, and
    WordPress, mySQL, php and relevant technologies.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new SharePoint and Power Platform features
    and functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using SharePoint and Power Platform
    tools.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SharePoint administration, including site design, configuration, and
    management.
  • Strong understanding of EDMS principles and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow.
    Experience in WordPress website development and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
  • Expertise in SharePoint workflows, including custom workflow development.
  • Strong understanding of database design and management.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
    stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power
    Platform technologies.
