As Application Engineerr, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. You will design, plan, and prepare coiled tubing & pumping jobs to be executed safely and flawlessly.

As application engineer you will be responsible for:

• Coiled tubing job planning and operations, design and simulation modelling
• Complete delivering of job procedures, stack up diagram, layout diagram, risk assessments, HAZID and HAZOP study, job execution, and troubleshooting.
• Supporting 24/7 for Critical Operations in the field when needed
• Coaching the Wellsite field population
• Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive and take appropriate corrective actions
• Ensuring timely incident management to еnаЫе fast customer issue resolution and cash collection
• Ensuring compliance with “Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC)” process and owning the job centre cycle
• Reporting the job revenue forecast on timely basis and the relevant costs related
• Product line specific responsibilities as applicaЫe

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Have multiple years of work experience in CT Engineer planning, designing and overseeing Coiled Tubing jobs
• Have experience in developing and mentoring technical teams
• Have good communication skills in English verbal and written
• Be analytically strong with a problem solving approach
