JOB TITLE:                Assistant Materials Administrator

REPORTING TO:     Materials Administrator

LOCATION:          Offshore

1.1      ROLE
SUMMARY

Administration and execution of spare parts, materials
ordering and logistics and assist the Materials Administrator with his/her
daily duties where applicable.

1.3      QHSE

Responsible for/ensure:
Compliance with the Seadrill Code of Conduct.
Compliance with applicable internal and external governing requirements.
Non-compliances are promptly acted on and reported to the direct supervisor.
The standard for tidiness and cleanness is adhered to.
Assume the safety role as per station bill and emergency preparedness plan.
Good and clear communications with all involved parties.

Participate
in:
Meeting activities in a proactive and constructive manner.
Training and competence assessments as assigned and/or required.

1.4      JOB
SPECIFIC

Responsible for/ensure:
Other duties are performed as and when required and/or directed by his/her direct supervisor.

Assist with:
The systematization and tidiness of the spare parts store onboard.
Maintaining stipulated minimum and maximum materials levels.
Checking all received goods as per procedures.
Recording stock movements.
Assisting with preparation for future drilling operations.
Safe and efficient handling when receiving and sending goods and materials.
All applicable reports and logs as required by the supervisor are maintained.

1.5      EQUIPMENT
& SYSTEMS

Assist with:
The systematization and tidiness of the spare parts store onboard.
Maintaining stipulated minimum and maximum materials levels.

1.6      AUTHORITY

As per Corporate and Regional specific Delegation of Authority matrices.

1.7      QUALIFICATIONS

As per Seadrill training and competence directives.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year experience in Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Management

Regulatory Awareness
Workplace Hazardous
Materials Information System (WHMIS)
Transportation of

Must pass Physical, Drug Screen and Background Check.
