Banking Lawyer

Fantastic opportunity for a banking lawyer to join the national banking team of this progressive legal firm at an exciting time in their growth plans. The team advises clients across a variety of sectors on a wide range financing transactions including, corporate lending, real estate finance (investment and development), project finance , leverage finance and asset finance. Working closely with some of the UK’s major banks and financial institutions the team is involved in some of the most interesting and complex work in the market. The successful candidate can expect to work on the full transaction cycle and as such must have technical banking experience including liaising with borrowers, lenders and/or investors on the full transaction lifecycle. Applicants will ideally be between 2-4 years post qualified although there is flexibility around this. Salary will be dependant on experience and negotiable.
