Job Title: Behavioural Safety Coach

Location: Offshore 

Contract: 6 months on a 2/2 rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate and present at Contractor site HSE meetings to facilitate sharing of best practices and learnings.
• Participate in the weekly contractor safety calls
• Conduct site visits to understand how tool box talks, hazard identification and risk assessment are landing and develop action plans to improve where required
• Train, mentor, advise and assist site personnel in the implementation of required action items
• Influencing personnel, organisationally both more senior and junior, without direct authority.
• Personal skills, the ability to coach and mentor, are more critical than technical capabilities.
• Influencing staff, organisationally both more senior and junior, without direct authority.

Qualifications:

• BOSIET/MIST/Medical
• NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent).
