About the Position
Join our team as a BIM Manager and play a key role in applying cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to influence iconic projects across the country. We need someone with strong interpersonal skills, tech-savvy problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to contribute to the success of our designs.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of MEPFP BIM Coordination professionals, Architects, and Structural Engineers to provide constructible, coordinated installation models and documents.
- Review 3D models in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate BIM kickoff and weekly coordination meetings with trade partners.
- Manage trade partner models, run clash detection, and resolve constructability challenges.
- Document the coordination process and prepare deliverables for customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 Coordinate.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems installation.
- Experience in BIM facilitation and managing small teams is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate creative solutions.
- Associate’s Degree in Construction Management preferred.
