Primary Responsibilities include:
- Lead and/or assist in acquisition or divestiture evaluations of assets including:
- Forecasting PDP reserves
- Forecast upside and development reserves by developing type curves, proper spacing and other traditional reservoir engineering techniques
- Determining other key commercial expenses and pricing impacts including:
- Product pricing / differentials
- Gathering, process and treating expenses
- Lease operating expenses
- Drilling and completion capital expense analysis
- Discounted cash flow analysis
- Perform sensitivities to understand impact of varying inputs
- Perform high-level scoping of acquisition opportunities w/ publicly available data
- Manage acquisition and divestiture processes from start to finish
- Work closely w/ the Divisions to identify acquisition and divestiture opportunities
- Support commercial negotiations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s of science in petroleum engineering or related engineering discipline
- 7+ years of oil & gas engineering experience with 2+ years in acquisition evaluations
- Skilled in key software: ARIES, Petra, ArcMap, PHDWin, Access, IHS Data Management, Enverus, Spotfire, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
