JobSummary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedMarketing and Business Development Manager to join our oil and gasteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving businessgrowth and profitability through the development and execution ofmarketing strategies and business development initiatives. Thisincludes conducting market research identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities and building relationships with keystakeholders in the industry. The Marketing and BusinessDevelopment Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams toensure successful execution of marketing and business developmentinitiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Developand execute marketing and business development strategies to drivegrowth and profitability in the oil and gassector
• Conduct market research to understandcustomer needs and preferences
• Identify andpursue new business opportunities including strategic partnershipsand acquisitions
• Build and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders in the industry includingcustomers suppliers and regulators
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including sales product development andoperations to ensure successful execution of marketing and businessdevelopment initiatives
• Develop and managemarketing budgets including tracking and reporting on performancemetrics
• Stay uptodate on industry trends andbest practices in oil and gas marketing and businessdevelopment

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in marketing business or a relatedfield
• 5 years of experience in marketing andbusiness development in the oil and gasindustry
• Strong knowledge of marketingprinciples and tactics including market research productpositioning and marketing communications
• Proventrack record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesin the oil and gas industry
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
• Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability tomanage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpacedenvironment
• Knowledge of oil and gas industryregulations and compliancerequirements

PreferredQualifications:

• Masters degree inmarketing business or a relatedfield
• Experience working with large oil and gascompanies and/or service providers
• Knowledge ofoil and gas exploration and productionprocesses
• Familiarity with industry trade showsconferences andevents
