Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned Business Writer to join the Planning & Performance Management Department (P&PMD) of the Planning, Budgeting & Performance Management Center (PB&PMC).
P&PMD is the custodian of the Company Business Plan, Accountability, and Quarterly Business Review exercises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the Business Plan and Accountability reports, the ultimate audience for which is the Saudi Aramco Board of Directors.

Preparation includes compiling input from organizations across the Company, analyzing the information, and writing narratives for the above-mentioned reports.

Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:
Prepare narratives related to information contained within the sections of the various reports and respond in a timely manner to queries.

Quickly understand Company operations and communicate those operations in a clear and concise manner, acceptable to the Board of Directors and senior management.

Quickly form rapport and build business partnerships with colleagues outside the Finance Service Line.

Write articles on major Company operations and projects, as well as community activities, often consulting with subject matter specialists.

Education & Experience Requirements

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Linguistics,

Secondary education in Business, FP&A, CMA and or CPA a plus

Have 10 years of diversified experience in a related field with related experience, preferably in Oil and Gas.
Be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written, and have demonstrated abilities in storytelling, cutting through business jargon, and reducing or eliminating redundant information.
