- Relevant vocational education or bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (economics, procurement/ supply chain, engineering)
- At least 2 years’ experience in operational/ strategic buyer position (procurement/supply chain) or alternatively profound sourcing and contract management experience
- Proactive team player; solution oriented; self-motivated; good communicating and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and systematic way of working
- Knowledge of E&P business, good knowledge of surface equipment & services is an advantage
- Cross-cultural awareness (Collaboration with stakeholders across different BUs)
- Good negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & German (oral and written)
- High willingness to travel
