As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 20 engineers and designers specializing in civil engineering, structural, installation technology, and infrastructure for industrial projects. You will ensure high performance within your team, align them with departmental strategy, and drive business development through both existing and new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Oversee the technical quality of designs and specifications.
Build strong relationships within and outside the organization.
Contribute to the growth of the department through business development and sales generation.
Focus on trends such as digitalization and the energy transition.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Several years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities.
Experience in leading and developing a team.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Dutch and English, or a willingness to learn Dutch.
