Our client, a highly regarded full service legal practice, is looking to appoint a solicitor to join their market leading clean energy real estate team. The team specialises in advising developers, funders and investors on projects in the clean energy sector. The work will include advising clients on the real estate aspects of developments involving technologies such as offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and battery storage. The role involves a blend of transactional and advisory work. Applicants must have a real estate background and a particular interest in the clean energy sector The team is known throughout the firm as friendly and supportive and this is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced colleagues and to advise some of the key players in the renewable energy industry. In addition there are secondment opportunities with this position for those interested in gaining related in-house experience.
