Close-out Coordinator

Petrofac is seeking a Close Out Coordinator – Contractor for 12 months, based in Aberdeen, UK.

The role is outside IR35, and we invite Limited Companies to engage.

Scope of Services:

Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

·         Provide engineering input to estimates for project and operations close-out work scopes

·         Provide input to progress and planning meetings

·         Provide checking of discipline documents; complete interdisciplinary checking of documents against Red Line marks where necessary

·         Compliance with company engineering procedures, industry, international and client codes and standards

·         Ensure that all work complies with the Contract Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures in line with industry standards

Key Deliverables:

Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.

Workpack reviewed and as built to ensure the following.

·         All drawings have been stamped and signed by offshore

·         All jobcards have been completed.

·         All certification and been supplied, signed and dated

·         All punchlist items have been addressed.

·         As build of final workpack

·         Collate Weight control information

·         SAP/Maximo updates using in-house and clients bespoke databases systems

·         Tag and Cables request updates using in-house and clients bespoke database systems
