What you will do

 

  • Responsible for accomplishment of Commercial Card Sales stewardship objectives (volumes, contribution, opex, credit, controls, other KPI), overall responsibility for customer / territory portfolio in the B2B segment
  • Day to day sale process management: contracting, credit, payment terms, pricing, invoicing and order fulfilment activities
  • Development and implementation of Commercial Card sales business plans, programs and projects as assigned
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of prospective customers
  • Engage with new potential customers by phone/email/customer visits to grow prospects and sales
  • Provide sales management with account updates and sales planning
  • Responsible for commercial card sales program e.g.:
  • Defining the card product and marketing offer
  • Establishing card pricing and discount offers including retailer fees
  • Coordinating implementation tactics across Card Operations, Pricing, Retail Sales, Brand, outsourced card provider
  • Stewarding the overall program effectiveness

About you

 

  • Degree in Business/Engineering/Science from recognized university
  • Candidates with experience and good understanding of retail/services/ new business development
  • Strong sales skills, ideally gained selling into a commercial or industrial customer base
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Team player and ability to influence in a team or workgroup
  • Key leadership competencies
  • English proficiency, presentation skills, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Effectively communicates with demonstrated interpersonal skills and team oriented approach
