We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a world leading energy firm in Qatar. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring competitive compensation strategies that align with both internal objectives and external market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and support the implementation of corporate compensation programs.
Conduct market salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
Perform data analysis and modeling to continually enhance the compensation structure.
Provide insights for annual merit and bonus budget increases, ensuring internal equity and alignment with the external oil and gas market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in compensation and base pay management.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and statistical analysis tools.
Professional certification is a plus.
