 As Europe & CIS Mobilization Specialist,you will be s responsible for processing travel Visas for foreigners, various work authorizations, work permits/special passes and other immigration related duties.
 
 In this role, you will be in charge of: In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assess the information received in the Field Service Engineer assignment order.
  • Analyze the immigration rules, labor law, legal and tax requirements to obtain the proper visa/work permit to enter and to perform work activities into a specific country.
  • Engage with Baker Hughes Global Mobility team and Immigration Service Providers during the analysis phase.
  • Lead the overall visa/work permit process through the steps of documentation preparation, application, collection and control of visa/work permit obtained.
  • Administer the Field Service Engineer mobilization and apply the Secondment policy and procedure when required for tax and billing purpose.
  • Maintain updated the internal database with biodata information and the Fses pool “Fit for Duty” key metrics.
  • Ensure that OEMs and Contractors mobilization process is compliant with law and Baker Hughes requirements.
  • Provide support to Commercial Operation team in the offering phase with overall information on Immigration, Legal, Tax and HR Labour aspects to ensure bid in compliance.
  • Interact with high level people in the business providing the guidelines for addressing the right actions.
  • Keep constantly updates all stakeholders about on-going mobilizations, highlight timely the criticalities suggesting the potential solutions.
  • Engage with mobilization team based in the different regions

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Science, Business Administration and Management, Economy.
  • Show significant experience in similar roles in Services organization in multinational companies.
  • Be verbally fluent in English.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence others.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work as part of a global team
  • Ability to stand up to business pressures and enforce compliance
  • Advanced computer skills on Microsoft
