The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow up the plant’s technical condition, design requirements and assess possible measures.

  • Provide technical support to the operations and maintenance departments.

  • Provide input and technical support in connection with modifications, projects, plant shutdowns and turnarounds.

  • Contribute to the establishment and improvement of preventive maintenance programs.

  • Update and prepare documentation and specifications in the field of Civil Engineering.

  • Provide input to lifetime plans.

You will be a part of the Inspection, Material, Civil, and Surface department, which is a transverse department in Technical Discipline Support – a sector represented at all of Equinor‘s onshore plants.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction/civil engineering, with 3 years or more of relevant experience.

  • Good technical understanding within construction.

  • Experience with technical requirements, modifications, and international standards.

  • Experience within the establishment and improvement of preventive maintenance programs.

  • Good level of experience with document preparation within the field of Civil Engineering.

  • Experience with follow up procedures. 

  • Innovative and professionally updated.

  • Good communication skills in English and Norwegian (written and spoken), and a desire to work in Hammerfest.
