We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Well Servicing Coordinator for our Onshore Resources & Carbon Management, Production Operations organization.  This position could be located in Denver City, Levelland, Midland, Seminole Gaines, TX or Carlsbad, NM. 

The Well Servicing Coordinator will work in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) environment to monitor field operations for both Midstream and E&P and work as a team integrating Midstream and E&P Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Scheduling and planning of all Well Servicing activities within the Asset Team with a

·         Focus on improving efficiencies in cost management and TTM

·         Maintain an acceptable backlog and safe work environment.

·         Responsible for execution of some rigless work such as BHP’s, Step-rate tests, and removing stuck wireline tools.

Skills & Competencies:

·         Proven Analytical and troubleshooting skills

·         Excellent Interpretation knowledge of dynamometer cards

·         Proven knowledge of downhole equipment specifications and variables

·         Proven knowledge of beam surface equipment specifications

·         General knowledge of reservoir characteristics and performance

·         Well volume calculations

·         Excellent communication/collaboration skills

·         Organizational skills

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

·         4+ years of producing well surveillance/optimization

·         Ensure proper safety policies and procedures are followed

·         Review job plans on backlog to ensure efficiency

·         Maintain and review backlog consisting of well maintenance, completions, lift revisions and well enhancement jobs.  Communicate the needs (well servicing rigs and associated equipment) to Downhole Lead for proper planning to meet demands (downtime barrels, project execution and regulatory deadlines). 

·         Monitor overspends to job plan and communicate to key stakeholders (PE, DH Lead, Asset Mgr)

·         Collaborate with WOCs and PE to identify cost reduction opportunities and recommendations

·         Identify opportunities to improve “Waiting Hours” and work with WST and vendors to improve cycle time

·         Approve and coordinate rig scheduling

·         Assist WOCs with fishing jobs and casing integrity issues by coaching WOCs prior to and during jobs. 

·         Assist in hiring and training of new employees to WOC role

·         Attend/schedule vendor reviews to verify consistency, complacency and optimization of best practices.

·         Assist with day to day operations of Oxy’s Fluid Reclamation Facilities and Mud Plants

·         Assist with maintaining and tracking Oxy Owned Equipment such as Light Plants, Cameras, Rig Mats, Tanks etc.
