The team is one of the highest profile corporate finance teams in Scotland, with particular sector specialisms in technology, life sciences, energy and real estate, the team advises a range of both UK and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including IPOs,  public and private company equity financings, and joint ventures. Applicants will ideally be between two and six years post-qualified, although there is flexibility around this, have corporate finance experience and be looking to further advance their career.
