If you a transactional corporate lawyer and would like to be involved in high value, complex and varied corporate transactions this could be the perfect role for you. As part of the established team you can expect to deal with the full spectrum of corporate related matters, including mergers & acquisitions, sale & purchase, JVs, share offerings, private equity and venture capital. Applicants must have transactional corporate experience, ideally with at least 4 years PQE.
