Context & Environment
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior concerning H3SE, implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and comply with H3SE training requirements for the position.
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior about the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force.
- The Service holder is responsible to follow up, expedite, ensure quality and adherence to the specifications of the SPS & UFR valves:
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control are properly managed.
- Attend all Pre-Production Meetings
- Define and follow the Valve supplier detail schedule.
- Monitor Valve Supplier Progress
- Define and follow up the quality regime, inspection, and testing program.
- Attend all testing and agreed reporting.
- Site works are permanently followed.
- Identify any technical, procurement, or/and resource bottlenecks which could lead to schedule slippage.
- Follow up on mechanical completion, final documentation, packing, and shipment preparation
- Liaise with CPY Delivery Lead and CPY Quality Lead
- Issue weekly report to CPY stating status, look ahead, and quality issues
- The Service provider will supervise the day-to-day activities of Valve supplier and witness the supplier activities during the fabrication works.
- The Service Provider holder shall ensure the prompt issue of the dispatch dossier including all necessary certifications as well as the finalisation in a timely manner of the manufacturing record book associated with deliverables.
- The Service Provider will also:
- Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program and ensure all technologies employed for the
- SPS & UFR valves are qualified for the intended purpose and conditions
- Supervise Qualification and Testing activities with the technical assistance of the SPS & UFR discipline
- leaders
- Monitor the impact of qualification and testing program on the SPS & UFR schedule
- The Service Provider will report to Subsea Delivery Lead
Missions/Service Dimensions
The Service Provider shall be responsible for following up on the Subsea (SPS & UFR) valves supply ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Qualification Knowledge of Valve Suppliers
- Professional Experience At least 10 years
- Experience within project At least 5 years
