Job Description:

The purpose would be a systematically collects, processes, and performs statistical analyses on data sets. Their responsibilities include Data Cleaning and Preparation: This involves filtering the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance

Responsibilities:

• To create and manage the flow of data and information across the business
• The ability to create reporting using tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio
• Data structuring and linking (integrating multiple sources of information into a data storage facility that can be queried)
• Advanced statistical knowledge, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
• Deriving key insights from data to inform management on business optimizations
• Ensuring data quality and integrity: implementing and maintaining data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Collaboration with stakeholders: working closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Performance optimization: continuously monitoring and improving the performance of data processing and storage systems
• Documentation: creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data architectures, processes, and protocols

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• 1 – 3 years’ relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Experience in database structuring and optimization
• Ability to consolidate information from various sources into a single company information repository
• Expertise in statistical inference and quantitative data analysis
• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques
• Adaptability: ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment
• Project management: experience in managing data-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within deadlines
