Defender Personal Injury Lawyer

Our client, a highly regarded, innovative legal practice, is recruiting for a personal injury solicitor to join one of Scotland’s largest and leading personal injury teams. As part of this Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team you can expect to deal exclusively on defendant work.  The role involves dealing with a variety of cases including road traffic, employer liability, public liability and industrial disease claims. The team acts for a diverse range of clients ranging from public bodies through to insurers and private individuals. Applicants will ideally be 0-4 years post qualified with a civil litigation background. Whilst defender reparation experience is preferred, applications are welcomed from those with a pursuer or civil litigation background. Salary will be dependant on experience.
