  • Manage the subdivision budget which includes funds for studies, well evaluation, well completion and the drilling of development wells and side tracks. 
  • Manage the subdivision contracts which includes well logging coiled tubing, stimulation and well testing. 
  • Determine company’s reserves levels and report same as required.
  • Determine plans to maximize the level of economic reserve over the lifetime of reservoir and look for implementation of such programs.
  • Set the field depletion policy and manage it implementation through setting of individual well rates and pressure maintenance strategy.
  • Collect and manage field and well data samples. 
  • Manage the producing well inventory including well completion design, artificial left design, well programs, the collection and evaluation of well data. 
  • Propose, initiate and perform field and well studies.
  • Optimize production by optimizing gas lift efficiency and submersible pumps lift efficiency and running time.
  • Responsible for development well and workover proposals and their performance.
  • Appraise new technologies for field application.
  • Produce company’s business plan.

  • University degree in Petroleum Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • 10-15 years of experience in PE technical position. 
  • More than 3 years of experience in team lead position.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Highly developed social and interpersonal skills.
