ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.
ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.
The Global Business Center – Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

Whar role you will play in team
This role is crucial in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and stewardship of digital initiatives within our organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning and Stewardship Digital Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital project management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Work location will be based at Bangalore Office, we work all 5 days in the office. There is workday flexibility however this is based on business / personal situation.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze digital performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize digital initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in digital planning and stewardship.

About you
Required Qualifications/ Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or an engineering background, IT specialist.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management, planning, or a related role.
- Minimum 5yrs experience in Workday Adaptive and additional experience/hands on ERP systems such as SAP, Tableau or PowerBI or SQL, advanced Excel features such as pivot tables and data visualization tools will add value. If no work experience or certification on
- Workday Adaptive then Experience on Oracle technology platform for planning / stewardship / budgeting will be considered
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Digital Tools and Platforms: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, project management software, and preferably Workday Adaptive.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strategic Planning: Capability to develop and implement digital strategies, with an understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms, preferably Workday Adaptive, SAP, BI Platforms like Tableau, and Power BI.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and insightful visualizations using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in troubleshooting, break-fix issues, and root cause analysis.
