As a Drilling Services Project Manager ,you will take ownership for managing the full project life-cycle . Working in collaboration with customers you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that will make a real impact in the energy world.

As a Drilling Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Govern assessments internally within DS HQ and regions (End-to-End Assessments, RCA Quality Assessments, WBP audits, and Regional self-assessments)
• Perform assessments within drilling services, and develop integrated assessment strategy (MTJC, End-End assessment and RCA assessment)
• Acts as SME and focal point to support the Standardization and Digitalization of all PL and Technical Assessments.
• Communicates across all functions to present and provide solutions to gaps or room for improvement identified during the assessments. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Project and process oriented. Employees should have operational and technical know-how.
• Engages with diverse populations and functions in the regions. Follow up on MTJC implementation with Drilling services regions.
• Follow up on Critical strategic wells and provide ideas, optimization, suggestions.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Drilling services experience working as SDM, SDC or DS Technical Lead (AE-RE_. and have extended knowledge about DS MTJC for operations
• Have extended experience using JC (Job center) for drilling services. As a user or champion.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Data analytics experience that leads to process development in MTJC
