Our Talent Acquisition Team partners with Functional HR Directors and Leadership to identify and to implement contemporary talent programs and processes, functional capabilities and relevant initiatives that promote high calibre talent and operational excellence across Baker Hughes.

As an Employer Brand and Communications Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our TA transformation communications plan and support our employer brand through a variety of social channels and campaigns.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering a broad communication plan and creation of messages to our internal stakeholders.
Humanizing and increasing the employment brand reach. Creating recruitment marketing collateral along with our 3rd party providers, drive and manage social media content such as content for Linked In posts.
Owning a video creation tool content and being a promoter in video creations in line with our branding standards and message to market.
Leveraging social media channels to build our brand and attract external talent through the creation of video, podcasts, and blogs.
Creating various initiatives and projects in relation to diversity, engagement, and employer branding.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant academic background with a flair for social media, creativity, and branding interest.
Demonstrate passion for digital communications and creative writing.
Have a passion for candidate engagement and Employer Branding activities.
Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate awareness of how to leverage curiosity and creativity to initiative business impact.
Have good knowledge of Adobe In-design or equivalent.
Be able to take ownership for projects and work to time limits.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Be fluent in English and hold an EU work permit.
Have the ability to commit to a 12-month internship.
