The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

Deliver expertise on Reliability Analysis in maintenance management through the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and projects across the onshore plants of Equinor.

  • Be responsible for facilitating, developing, and updating maintenance programs.

  • Identify functions and classify functional failures and failure modes.

  • Facilitate collaboration among relevant contributors for the right repair strategy, spare parts strategy, and fault management strategy.

  • Conduct maintenance analyses.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement/ preventive maintenanance improvement activities.

  • Relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree. 

  • 5-7 years of experience within maintenance management

  • Experience from maintenance engineering and fault handling strategies

  • Familiarity with and experience in maintenance analysis methods such as RAMS (Reliability, Availbility, Maintainability, and Safety), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance).

  • Good communication skills in both Norwegian/Scandinavian and English (written and spoken).
