The position
By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for the following service provision to all Brazilian assets:
- Identify active energy and production optimization constraints, evaluate the technical condition of our assets and support the implementation of initiatives to improve safety and enhance operational and energy efficiency.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve our digital tools to allow the Integrated Operations Center and the assets to monitor energy and production optimization performance.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary work towards providing operational support to the assets within Energy and Production Optimization.
- Collaboration with assets through weekly Energy and Production Optimisation meetings and monthly Management Decision arenas.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with active CREA.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Experience in operational asset experience, process simulation, water treatment, fluid properties and PVT, process safety, process chemistry, separation and gas handling, production data analysis.
- Good knowledge of internal and external requirements within the Process discipline
- Structured, outgoing, solution-oriented, analytical, self-managing and proactive.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels and across organizations.
- Thrives in a dynamic operational everyday life.
- Interest that helps to see opportunities for new digital solutions, and contribute to development, and use new digital tools.
- Occasional offshore visits
