The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Follow up development and qualification projects and activities within the chemistry and corrosion discipline.
- Collaborate with domain specialists and leading advisors in addition to external suppliers.
- Secure development in accordance with relevant requirements and standards.
- Work with exciting research projects within chemistry and corrosiontechnology to accelerate our transition to a low carbon business.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to optimize our oil and gas production.
- Manage experimental research project and technical services performed in internal and external laboratories.
- Support Equinor operations and projects with technical services and qualifications towards both Oil & Gas and Renewables & Low Carbons.
You

- MSc or PhD within Materials Technology, Chemistry or corrosion. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
- 5+ years experience in chemistry and corrosion discipline, (corrosion protection and electrochemistry).
- Experience from project, operation or research tasks.
- Structured, systematic and result oriented.
- Good project management skills.
