The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure a sustainable workforce with required capabilities to make business impact within relevant area. This include internal and external recruitment if required.
- Prioritize people allocation according to business needs balancing short term capacity demand vs longer term capability development.
- Define competence structure for relevant areas and facilitate competence development and knowledge sharing activities.
- In collaboration with employees and delivery roles set direction for competence plans and individual development plans for employees.
- Motivate for continuous learning and nurture feedback culture.
- Drive culture initiatives to strengthen ability to deliver on Equinor ‘s digital transformation.
- Contribute to shape the CC leader role in EDT Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, e.g. Delivery unit managers and task leads.
- Represent Equinor in the employer role.
We are currently seeking experienced leader to strengthen our Competence center (CC) leadership team. In this key role you will make a strategic impact by shaping the future workforce and drive cultural improvements. This entails structured competence development, sustainable staffing (including external sourcing), nurture a healthy psychosocial work environment, shaping culture, collaborating with stakeholders in all business areas and functions, being aware of emerging trends within relevant areas, and maintaining a holistic view across the organization.

Equinor has recently established a new business area, Technology, Digital & Innovation (TDI), enabling Equinor to become a leader in the energy transition. TDI develops and maintains Equinor’s core technology platform and enterprise solutions, brings together research, technology development, digitalization, IT and innovation to deliver one Equinor technology strategy and portfolio.
You

- 10+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities.

- Forward leaning, curious and passionate.

- Ability to build relations, trust, and collaboration with a broad range of people across the company.
