The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop technical concepts, business cases and studies for Equinor projects and external customers.
- Participate in tendering processes.
- Manage and execute subsea and pipeline projects.
- Collaborate with and follow up of suppliers, acting as Company Representative.
- Site follow-up and offshore work.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s HSE targets through safe and environmentally friendly solutions.
- Ensure use and transfer of experiences within the relevant discipline networks as well as input on risk management and project planning.
You

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- 10+ years experience from one or more relevant disciplines (Marine Operations, Subsea Installation, Pipeline Technology, Material Technology, Subsea Tooling and Control Systems).
- Good knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
- Ability to understand, describe and communicate risks.
- High ethical awareness.
- Team player who can also work individually.
- Structured, systematic and target driven, who wish to pursue a multidiscipline understanding.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
