Location: Remote Pipeline Location

Academics: A higher qualification (Bachelors/HND/OND/IVQ LEVEL-5)
Age: <= 35 years
Gender: Male/Female

Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years working as a Pipeline field operations or maintenance support Technician or permit coordinator in an oil and gas producing field location.
Key Interfaces: Pipeline RoW, SOC/Security, HSE team, Community Relations
Skills
• Ability to read and interpret process engineering flow schemes (PEFS) and process documents.
• Skill level knowledge in running/managing in permit systems.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills.
• Self-Motivated and performs under minimal supervision.
• Experience in leading and supervising others in field tasks.
Experience in site project supervision and commissioning.

Soft Skills (Added advantage)
• Ability to understand and perform Pipeline operations/maintenance
• Ability to understand unit of various variables i.e., pressure, volume, flowrate etc.
• Onsite Hazards identification and Risk assessment capability.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Problem-solving and good analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for the following:
• Lead a team of field personnel (and vendors) to deliver simple and complex activities at work site.
• Manage the shutdown permit and isolation management process.
• Apply the emergency response procedure where and when necessary.
• Report and close out UA/UC.
• Serves as PTW signatory.
• Apply the HSSE policy, legislations applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
• Adhere to operational procedures.
• Monitor, control and record production rates and performance.
• Start-up and commissioning of facilities.
• Perform daily first line monitoring of process parameters and variables.
• Participate in Daily notification and YTT review meeting.
• Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities.
• Supervise preparation of equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
• Follow-up Procurement for ordered spares and materials until delivery.
• Raise and achieve budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services.
• To enable the end-to-end process of material purchasing using Companies Material.
Management “ways of working” and manage the Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) Process.
