As Field Services Competency Specialist, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by optimizing the utilization of its resources.
As Field Services Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion.
Enable flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short, mid and long term).
Balance resource demand across their area and the wider region.
Monitor and optimize personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.
Assigns crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization.
Develops the training and competence strategies, creates development plans, coordinates competence assessment, and monitors progression and training compliance
Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have minimum 5 years’ experience in Field Operations
Have previous Drilling services experience
Previous coordination experience will be preferred
Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Have ability to work at drill site locations and remote sites
