Partner with the best
Besides support AP related projects, you will be resolving Ariba and ERP on hold invoices. This is to meet business expectation to drive payment on time.
As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Directing operational ownership and oversight of partner process performance, delivery, customer experience and issue resolution.
Being responsible for critical and key KPI to include on time invoice payment, processing accuracy, quality & productivity.
Working proactively with regional product company sourcing teams in driving processes to attain Best in class buy to pay system.
Hosting meeting with Sourcing/HR team to resolve aging on hold invoices and resolving business critical invoice/payment.
Monitoring and interpreting daily/weekly reports; identify trends and opportunities to drive process and project improvements.
Supporting AP related projects, e.g. system migration, new tool implementation.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.
Have 2 to 3 years’ experience in AP, Finance, Sourcing, or role(s) within the buy to pay process, is favorable.
Be self-motivated to deliver to deadlines with a flexible approach to problem solving without compromising detail or quality
Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.
Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross functional analysis.
Have good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
Be able to take up occasional night calls.
