Job Description:
Facility start-up through to full operations. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of competence and performance. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets. Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)10+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on the company in the regionProven track record of successful leadership and process improvementOutstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in strategic planning and execution
