The HSE Site Leader will lead a team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with our HSE standards.
As a HSE Site Leader- Valves Technology Center, you will be responsible for:
- Working at manufacturing site that provides day-to-day HSE support.
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting based on the organizations, collaborating together with business leadership.
- Delivering products as part of a team and working on cross functional teams.
- Providing technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and practices, and assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in health and safety, environmental science, chemistry, engineering or other relevant field.
- Have 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Have experience in manufacturing/factory based environment.
- Display technical knowledge and understanding of HSE-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to Texas compliance.
- Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, team building and influencing skills.
