In this role, you will be responsible for defining a plan for the development of repair activities, finalizing the plan coordinating and interfacing with all stakeholders. You’ll set up the operational plan for the realization of investments (PP&E), qualifications, standardized documentation; monitoring progress organizing review and assuring the execution.
 

As a Repair Industrialization Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing NPD project assessment to identify potential gaps on capacitycapability of the Repair Network versus new defined repair processes.
  • Defining a plan to fill in all the gaps respect to new product/process and be ready for the execution inside the selected Shops considering Shops experience internal and external (e.i. supplier including Manufacturing), capability and capacity, resources, and different capacityspeed of implementation.
  • Considering the above define MAKE vs BUY strategy driven by priority ownership and safeguard of leading-edge OEM technologies within a global perspective.
  • Definition, monitoring, and finalization of the plan by coordinating and guiding the various functions (Internal and external to Service organization) in finalizing the plan itself.
  • The definition of the detailed plan (including investments (PP&E), qualifications, standardized documentation) is the key to success as well as be part as well as being actively involved in workshop testing, at suppliers for the validation of prototypes, processes etc.
  • Organizing periodic alignment touch-points with functions and management to review status of the project, due date and final target to maintain focus on the project and finalize as per defined plan.
  • Assure the project acceptance: this is means having verified with COE team and Shops that there are no pending issues from any point of view and the new way of repairing is ready to use without having to do additional tests, settings in the workshop etc.
  • Monitoring of the project when in place to verify the say do of the identified benefit, define a mitigation plan if applicable, re-discuss the project with main stakeholders is target are not aligned to the expectation.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a BSc from an accredited University or college with proven experience in Manufacturing (operational, supply chain, project management).
  • Show good Project Management experience (by certification)
  • excellent collaboration with colleagues in a multicultural environment, proactivity in supporting colleagues working together every day to achieve common target
  • Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in project finalization and in a critical decision phases 
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
