HR Associate

Subsea7 has an exciting temporary (12 (+) months opportunity for an HR Associate to be part of our Employee Relations Team within the Human Resources Department at Subsea7’s Stavanger office.

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources (HR) Function through providing a professional HR service to Line Management and employees, through full alignment of employee related strategies, Subsea7 policies and relevant legislations.

The tasks you will solve:

• Develop a constructive and professional relationship with all stakeholders and HR colleagues within Subsea7
• Plan and execute recruitment within the designated business area
• Ensures the implementation of and adherence to Subsea7’s Management System, professional tools, policies, systems and processes
• Ensures accuracy and compliance of all HR data
• Ensures Human Resources capitalises from lessons learned and is performed in accordance with best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently
• Supports the standardisation, compliance and efficiency of Functional policies, processes and systems across Subsea7

What we want from you:

• Degree in HR, Administration or Psychology
• Relevant experience from HR and/or administrative functions.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• High degree of computer literacy
