  • HRBP is responsible for wide range of HR Tasks, such as interviewing/hiring new candidates, onboarding
  • process, administration employee’s benefits, leaves, expats administration, organization structure,
  • implementing HR policies, training coordination. Act as main point of contact for KAN’s employees’
  • queries on HR related topics.
  • Will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management for KAN Project at BU Mexico.
  • Manages all human resources, for KAN project, related activities including: Talent acquisition, Managing and resolving complex employee relation issues, Compensations & benefits, Performance management, Workforce planning, Learning & development, Disciplinary actions, Employee recognitions,Performance management.
  • Advises and assists business/line managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and
  • programs.
  • Make sure that all HR activities follow local laws and internal policies.
  • Drives initiatives to improve employee engagement, diversity, talent assessment and development.
  • Organizes and conducts meetings with employees to communicate employment policy, benefits and
  • compensation.
  • Manages the employees delegations, assigned to KAN to and from Mexico. (expats management).

  • Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant area.
  • +10 years of progressive HR Experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in O&G industry (Offshore operations).
  • Knowledge & understanding of Mexican employment/labor laws and practices related to O&G
  • industry offshore operations.
  •  Interview by competence.
  • Expats administration.
  • Training & development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Trust, care, open-minded and brave.
  • Enthusiastic, with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.
