- HRBP is responsible for wide range of HR Tasks, such as interviewing/hiring new candidates, onboarding
- process, administration employee’s benefits, leaves, expats administration, organization structure,
- implementing HR policies, training coordination. Act as main point of contact for KAN’s employees’
- queries on HR related topics.
- Will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management for KAN Project at BU Mexico.
- Manages all human resources, for KAN project, related activities including: Talent acquisition, Managing and resolving complex employee relation issues, Compensations & benefits, Performance management, Workforce planning, Learning & development, Disciplinary actions, Employee recognitions,Performance management.
- Advises and assists business/line managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and
- programs.
- Make sure that all HR activities follow local laws and internal policies.
- Drives initiatives to improve employee engagement, diversity, talent assessment and development.
- Organizes and conducts meetings with employees to communicate employment policy, benefits and
- compensation.
- Manages the employees delegations, assigned to KAN to and from Mexico. (expats management).
- Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant area.
- +10 years of progressive HR Experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in O&G industry (Offshore operations).
- Knowledge & understanding of Mexican employment/labor laws and practices related to O&G
- industry offshore operations.
- Interview by competence.
- Expats administration.
- Training & development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
