Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Generalist, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* General project and workstream support for HR Business Partners (HRBP) and support key HR projects and initiatives
* To ensure timely preparation of Board and where required Executive leadership Team presentation materials.
* Participate in ongoing creation and reviews of policies, procedures and other department documentation ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
* Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and implications of policies and procedures.
* Support audit checking of data input within internal HRIS and support data compliance governance as required.
* Reviewing and updating the company’s organisation chart
* Ownership and maintenance for our HR tool SAP SuccessFactors for all personnel data (such as joiners, movers, and leavers)
* Accurate preparation of Compensation Sheets in accordance with bench-marking data aligned to Recruitment Process
* Checking of all contractor engagement/new hire offer paperwork, e.g. employment contracts and new hire guidelines as and when require
* Co-ordination of entire onboarding/offboarding process as well as probation review management.
* Assist with input of monthly payroll and any off-cycle exceptions.
* Acts as HR liaison for company occupational health advisor for onshore personnel.
* Liaise and support employees and line managers with day-to-day general queries via HR In box.
* General cover for HR team members on leave.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience in an operational HR field.
* Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), experience of SAP Successfactors is beneficial but not required.
* Highly proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workflow.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* HR qualification preferred.
