Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a HSE Management System Consultant to work on an initial 9-month contract in Calgary, possible to be extended!
Position is responsible for supporting Canadian HSE Audit and HSE Management System functions. This may include document review and development, auditing against corporate standards, field inspection and assurance processes, and HSE Management System review and evaluation processes.
Responsibilities:
- The position works closely with other HS Coordinator in Calgary and in the field to provide input into the development and continual improvement of the company’s HSE Management System as well the overall HS Operations programs and activities.
- The successful candidate will work widely across the company’s Canada Region interfacing with various functions and teams and will be expected to be a strong networker who easily builds working relationships at all levels of the company.
Technical experience:
- Ideally targeting certified safety professional, CRSP or equivalent, with relevant educational background.
- +5 years experience with HSE Management system upkeep.
- Background field experience beneficial but seeking management system specialist (compliance) rather than field safety focus.
