Overview
- Support the effective and uniform implementation of HSE and Sustainability systems,processes, standards, best practices and capabilities for implementation across Organization PU
- Promote and disseminate HSE culture across Organization PU
- Safe and compliant delivery of Organization PU plans and programs
- Deploy HSE & Sustainability resources for Organization PU
- Integrate E&P HSE & Sustainability strategies across Organization PU
General Responsibilities
- Role model for leadership and promote HSE culture
- Work as part of the HSE, Operational Risk and Sustainability Division Leadership Team to plan,develop and implement Division objectives
- Responsible for promoting and supervising implementation of Sustainability projects and initiatives across Organization PU
- Support the rest of Divisions providing advice to ensure strong relationships are developed and maintained with local HSE regulators and to comply with regulatory permitting across Organization PU
- Stay informed of potential changes to the latest regulations related to HSE & Sustainability in Organization PU
- Responsible for provision of HSE training to support ongoing business activities in Organization PU and ensure HSE staff development.
- Responsible for development and delivery of all office and field
Required Competencies
- 15+ years experience in HSE or operations roles
- Proven track record of leading high performing QHSE teams
- Proven track record for driving business through the understanding/use of risk and uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Experience of field production operations
- Demonstrated strong collaboration skills are required
- Proven track record of developing and motivating people
- Experience working across the various stages of the E&P lifecycle in project delivery
- Experience/knowledge of local HSE and Sustainability regulatory regimes and requirements
