Summary: We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for a large infrastructure project. This role focuses on safety standards, ensuring workforce competency, and maintaining compliance with project-specific risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis for all personnel levels.
- Train subcontractors’ trainers on project-specific HSE modules.
- Develop and manage a detailed training schedule based on workforce and activity planning.
- Communicate training schedules to subcontractors and ensure timely delivery.
- Audit and approve training materials prepared by subcontractors.
- Verify subcontractor training facilities, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Maintain thorough records of HSE training and assessments.
- Support the Principal Contractor’s HSE Site Team on training-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Trainer in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of key safety practices, including Life Saving Rules, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and Control of Work.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with training standards.
- Competency in record-keeping and assessment documentation.
