PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Summary
- The Package Project Coordinator’s function is to assist and support the Package Project Manager to execute a contracted Package
- Be the champion for the package(s) assigned to drive on time delivery, per the project schedule.
- Assist development of & drive adherence to global & local procedures & work practices, including compliance audits.
- Assist to manage and execute a work package to an agreed specification, scope, quality, lead-time and cost; ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of budgeted margin and cash.
- Effectively help to manage project change in line with company procedure to the benefit of the project and wider organization
- Liaison to the Customer for their Package, representing the project to the Customer during Plant visits, in the absence of the Pkg Project Manager
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Degree qualified (e.g. Engineering, Business, and Supply Chain).
- Project management qualifications (preferred) or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Essentials (or equivalent) and SIS Project Delivery Management Process (PDMP) training require
- Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Successfully assisted management of projects to completion within the agreed upon time, scope and budget,meeting customers’ & stakeholders’ expectations
- Must also have the appropriate technical knowledge related experience
