We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations effectively.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Participating in collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, and grievance resolution processes.
Reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
Ensuring the organization adheres to labour laws and regulations, providing guidance to management on compliance issues.
Identifying training needs and coordinate development programs for employees and management.
Supporting managers in performance management processes, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
Ensuring that performance management practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
Analysing HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce effectiveness.
Preparing reports for senior management on employee engagement, turnover, and other HR-related metrics.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or CIPD with significant years of experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP).
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Have a strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Be proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have adaptability and a willingness to embrace change.
