Hydraulic Technician III

Work Schedule: 14 on/14 off
Summary
The Hydraulics Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and identifying hydraulics systems. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of fluid power formulas
- Read and assemble equipment from prints and drawings
- Read hydraulic schematics and have a good understanding of symbols
- Commissioning hydraulic equipment
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Collaborating and cross-training with partner departments on other drilling equipment
- Maintaining the spare parts inventory and ensuring spares meet safe operating standards
- Adhere to all company safety standards and regulations
- Be available for 24-hour on-call to the field when required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and resolving hydraulic problems
- Reading and assembling equipment from prints and drawings

- Lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Education
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in the hydraulic industry oilfield preferred
Experience
- Hydraulic training or certification would be beneficial
