Our client, one of the leading full-service law firms, is looking to appoint a solicitor to join their infrastructure teams. As part of the clean energy team, the role will primarily focus on advising the firm’s blue chip clean energy clients on commercial contracts & regulatory matters. You will also be involved in transactional matters providing grid and commercial input in the context of M&A and financing transactions. The team has an enviable client list, including a large number of offshore wind developers and developers of projects utilising emerging technologies. The successful applicant can expect to join a busy but supportive and friendly team, where no two days are the same and enjoy an excellent range of benefits, a supportive learning environment, early opportunities to develop client relationships, assistance with career development and opportunities for cross-qualification into other UK jurisdictions.
