Insurance Litigation Solicitor – Defender

Our client, a well known name in the insurance litigation market, is recruiting for an additional solicitor to join their market leading team. As a result of continuing growth and an increase in client instructions the team is busy! As part of this established defender insurance team you can expect to advise on PL/EL, motor, fraud, disease and casualty claims across the private and public sectors, assisting on complex high value claims. The firm acts for insurers and insureds as well as local authorities. You will be responsible for the running of the day to day of your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses and undertaking your own liability investigations. Applicants will ideally have a minimum of three years post qualified experience and have some personal injury experience, whether pursuer or defender. Salary will be dependant on experience.
